Any time a person purchases a variation of an event, they are given a ticket associated with their order. This is a PDF file with a scannable QR code and some of the ticket details.

If someone buys multiple tickets to an event, they get a ticket for each of them.

How can customers view their tickets?

Customers can access these tickets a few ways:

  • They will be e-mailed this ticket as a PDF file referenced by their order number.
     
  • They can also access it by logging in, going to "My account", and going to the "Tickets" tab.
     
  • Their tickets for upcoming events are also shown on a user's My account home page:

Checking tickets

Union staff and anyone added to the event under "Event sales access" can use the "Scan tickets" tab to check whether a QR code is valid, and mark it as used. Make sure to allow your browser access to your camera for this to work!

Union staff and "Event sales access" staff can also check based on the customer's information or the order information via the Sales & bookings page.
