If your club or society needs to transfer money to another group, you can use the Inter Club/Society Financial Transfer Form.
When do I use this form?
This form is for clubs and societies affiliated with Students' Union UCL to transfer money to another affiliated club or society account (e.g. if you have purchased advertising space in Pi Magazine).
Who fills out the form?
This webform must be filled out by the President or Treasurer of the club or society sending the money.
What happens after I have submitted it?
Once approved, the Finance Team will transfer the funds and this will be reflected in your next statement.
