Use this webform to order Varsity 2024 t-shirts for players competing in the series. You can view the full t-shirt design here.
Please note
- This order form is only for playing squad members, and orders will be checked against maximum squad sizes noted in typical competition regulations. For example, under BUCS the maximum Hockey squad size is 16, so each Hockey club may only order a maximum of 16 t-shirts.
- Each t-shirt costs £6.00, which is a 50% discount from sale price. The total value of the order will be charged to the club's account, and you may decide to either create a product for players to purchase the t-shirts, or cover the cost through non-grant funds.
This webform must be completed by 12:00 on Friday 26th January. Any submissions made after that time will not be ordered.
