Mully's Venue Request Form

You can use this form if you wish to book Mully's for a social event.

Please note the following Terms and Conditions:

Mully's Hire Rules

• Only the President, Treasurer or Social Secretary can book a bar on the behalf of a Club or Society.
• We do not reserve tables in our bars.
• If you are a MAC user please bring any display/ port/ HDMI/ Audio adaptors required for your computer as these will not be supplied by the venue.
• Mully's bar is not available for booking on Monday, Wednesday, or Friday evenings during term time and Thursdays are reserved for Art's Society bookings. Please see the below calendars for availability.
• Mully's is available for private bookings for all other clubs and societies on Tuesdays & Saturdays. These bookings will require a minimum spend/ hire fee to cover costs. It is up to you if you want to allow all students to attend or if you want it to be society only.
• Failure to show for an event without 2 weeks prior notice may result in a charge to your society to cover staffing costs.
• If you require a Temporary Events Notice (TEN) for your event, please be aware cancellation of the event after TEN is acquired will result in a £50 fine. This is because we are only allocated a limited number of TEN's per year.
• The bars are only available for social events and are not available for meetings or any other activity that doesn't require the use of the bar.
• No booking is confirmed until you receive an email informing you so.
• You cannot bring in, consume, or sell your own drinks.
• Bookings should be for at least two weeks in advance.
• Any hire fees or bar tabs must be paid for in advance unless otherwise stated before we can confirm bookings. Minimum spends will be agreed in advance with Societies, any outstanding funds will be debited from Society accounts following the event.
• Bookings for outside of usual operating hours may incur additional costs to cover additional staffing
• Bar tabs are non refundable (this includes any unspent amounts)
• We cannot allow any under-18s on the premises after 7pm
• All non-students must be signed in by a UCL card holder.
• Unfortunately, we supply only minimal technical support. You must be familiar with the setup and operation of any specific equipment (microphones, mixers, instruments etc) used.
