We're working with research agency, MiraGold, to understand what you think about the way you're represented.

Below we'll ask for your perspectives about representation at UCL. There are no right or wrong answers and we're interested in your individual preferences rather than having an idea of what these should be. All answers will be held anonymously.

There may be some terms you are unfamiliar with throughout the survey:

  • student representative: Officers who has been elected to represent other students’ views and experiences on one or more areas. This will include those who take up a part-time or full-time role in order to fulfil this function. Please note this does not refer to academic representatives at the course-level.
  • full-time officer position: a student who either takes a year out of their studies, or completes a year after graduation in a full-time capacity representing the views of students

At the end of this survey, you will be offered the chance to provide your email address in order to participate in further research about this topic. This is entirely voluntary and will not affect your survey responses being utilised.  You will also have the opportunity to join a prize draw to win one of 10 UCL hoodies which we'll ship to you from our online shop!

This survey will take between 8 and 10 minutes to complete. Please respond by 11 December.
