Please complete a risk assessment for any activity you are carrying out as part of your role as the Halls Community Officer. Please download the template below, complete and submit via the webform at least 2 weeks in advance of your activity. 

Staff at the Students Union and UCL Accommodation will review your submissions and either approve or reject for resubmission. You can only run activity once your risk assessment has been approved.
