We are proud to announce that from October 2021 more than 100 disabled students will have the opportunity to avail of free personal training sessions at Bloomsbury Fitness.
How it will work
After filling out the form, we will arrange for you to meet with an instructor at the gym. They will take you through what you are looking to achieve at the gym and how best to achieve your goals. Following this induction, you will have the opportunity to start booking in your sessions. You can outline your availability on this form below and we will make sure to give you a weeks notice before each session; aiming to book you into the same slot every week.
What to expect during the session
You'll be accompanied by a personal trainer for the duration of the session (60 minutes). They will guide you through a workout based on your current level of fitness based on what you outlined in this form and in your consultation with them.
The gym instructor will ensure equipment is appropriately cleaned and that social distancing guidelines are followed. Each student will be able to access 4 free personal sessions. It's most advisable to wear clothes that you are comfortable moving in and happy to get sweaty in

These sessions will begin at the start of October and run until the end of March. We hope to accommodate every student who expresses interest. Please note, if you would like to train during the quiet hours of the gym, they are Tuesday and Thursday 10:30am - 12pm (midday), and Saturday and Sunday 12:00pm - 1:30pm. Similarly, the women's only hours are Wednesday morning 7:30 - 9:30.
