Please fill in this form if you wish to make a complaint about a Sabbatical Officer, Student Officer, Trustee or Networks candidate for the 2025 Leadership Race.

If you wish to submit a complaint about a candidate running for a club or society position, please complete the Clubs and Societies Election Complaint Form.

Please note that all election complaints must be submitted as soon as possible with the latest complaint accepted before 13.00 Friday 21 March 2025.

Intimidation of campaigners, other candidates, students or staff

Negative personal campaigning; defacing campaign materials, sabotaging campaigns

Unfair endorsements: an endorsement by an Officer or group was not made appropriately

Use of resources which are not readily available to all candidates

Overspend on budget/usage of undeclared resources

Use of position (e.g. as previous society president) to use any facilities or communications methods that are not available to all candidates
