Club/Society Registration Process

This form is for clubs and societies who have recently elected their new committee members or have been newly affiliated. 

To complete your registration with the Students' Union as the president and treasurer of your club/society, you will need to download, fill out and submit the registration forms on this page. If you have any queries, or require support completing these forms please email [email protected] or call 020 7679 7239 for assistance.

Please note that either the president or treasurer of your club/society should submit this webform - but you should go through and complete the forms together! 

Once your forms have been approved, you’ll be ready to go - with access to support from our team of student activities staff, and a wide range of Union services to help you deliver your club/society activities. Please note that it will take a few weeks for your forms to be approved and for admin access to be granted, particularly during the busiest periods of the year.
