If you have received a contract for your club or society, for example for pitch, venue or equipment hire - please submit it through this webform. Your contract will be signed on your behalf by the Activities Officer, or another member of Union staff, and returned to you.
Please submit contracts at least 10 working days in advance of needing to be signed.
Remember, you must not sign any contracts yourself. If you do, you will be personally liable for any legal or financial risk.
Please ask the third party to sign the contract before submitting it to us.
