Our catering team can provide catering for small events (maximum 100 people) on the central Bloomsbury campus - minimum spend of £50 is required with 5 working days notice period. 

We can provide any of the items which are regularly available for sale in our cafes. This includes: 

  • Fairtrade tea & coffee from £1.25 per person (add biscuits for £0.65)

  • Soft drinks from £1.25

  • Cakes, traybakes, muffins, pastries from £1.30

  • Crisps & snacks from £1.00

  • Freshly prepared sandwich or wrap platters from £5 per person (1.5 rounds of sandwiches)

Please note, we no longer provide disposable cups for our catering events. You can choose between asking your attendees to bring their own mugs, or we can provide a limited number of reusable mugs.

Any UCL or Union staff member or a club/society president or treasurer can complete this form.
