🌟 Room Takeover - Max Rayne House - Available in April 🌟
Hello, everyone! I am looking for someone to take over my UCL accommodation contract in April (between 15th and 25th April, whatever works best for you). The contract runs until the end of the academic year in September at Max Rayne House, Camden.
📋 Requirements
- You must be a postgraduate student on a full-time course at UCL.
- You must not be currently residing in another UCL hall.
💰 Rent
- £149.80 per week (all bills included).
🛏 The Room
This is a spacious single room (non-ensuite) that receives beautiful afternoon light. It is very well-lit, and I am including a photo so you can see the view from the window. Hello, vitamin D; bye-bye, depression! ☀️✨
The room is fully equipped with:
- Bed and shelves
- Desk and desk chair
- Sink basin and mirror
- Wardrobe (which also includes a mirror inside)
- Blackout curtains, bin, WiFi, and heating
🏠 Facilities
The building offers a variety of amenities to make your stay comfortable:
- Security: reception from Monday to Saturday and 24/7 security support
- Leisure: Tennis court and a common room with a TV and games tables (ping pong, foosball, and pool) 🎾📺🏓⚽🎱
- Study: Dedicated study and computer room with printing facilities
- Convenience: Laundry room (with iron and ironing board), bike storage, and lifts
- Music: A dedicated music room is also available
- Kitchen: fully equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, toasters, fridges, freezers, and kettle.

The location is very convenient for students:
- Bus: Approximately 20 minutes to UCL Bloomsbury.
- Walking: About 35 minutes at a relaxed pace. When I am running late, I can usually complete the walk in 25 minutes! 🏃♀️
