I’m an incoming first-year undergraduate in SELCS at UCL, starting this September, and I’m currently looking to connect with other students who are interested in finding accommodation together. I haven’t found a place yet, so I’m open to forming a group or joining an existing one.
Room & Location Preferences: Ideally looking for a flat near campus (within 30minutes by tube) with a budget of £900/month up to £1,500/month maximum, but I am open to negotiation. I’d also like to have my own bathroom with a standing shower, it doesn’t have to be ensuite, but some level of privacy would be appreciated.
A bit about me:
- I’m tidy and like to maintain a clean and organised shared space
- I prefer a smoke-free home environment inside.
- I value a calm and quiet atmosphere— I’m not into partying or clubs, but I enjoy going to the cinema, museums, thrifting, small gigs, and finding cool, relaxed bars around London that aren’t too noisy.
- I like to cook most of my meals at home and try to eat fairly healthy and I’d love to cook for flatmates sometimes or share meals if people are up for it.
- I really value a respectful, considerate household with good communication and I’d love to be friends with the people I live with, not just flatmates.
