I am looking for someone to take over my en-suite tenancy at Stapleton House in Islington- off of Holloway Road. The rent is fixed at 336 pounds per week, but the room is adequately sized with a bathroom attached. There are plenty of international students so you won't feel isolated at all! The kitchen is shared with 8 flatmates but they are all lovely and keep it very clean and tidy. It has double of everything- fridges, sinks, oven, etc, so there is plenty of space. The building has reception on site at all times and a courtyard, study room, pool tables and lounge included. It is a 1 minute walk from Holloway Road station which is perfect for commuting to UCL. There is also a Nando's and Aldi on the bottom floor which is very ideal.
The next tenant needs to be a postgraduate UCL student, and will takeover my tenancy from the official UCL accommodation team.
I am looking to move because I have found a private accommodation with a friend that is better located for my commute to campus.
