Hi everyone! I’m looking for someone to take over my room at Ian Baker House (UCL Accomodation).

• Location: Ian Baker House, Maple Street, W1T 5HB (5-minute walk to main UCL campus).

• Room Type: Single room with washbasin (Self-catered, shared bathroom with up to 4 people, shared kitchen with up to 6 people).

• Rent: £264.88 / week (all bills, Wi-Fi, and basic insurance included).

• Contract Term: From now until 26 June 2027.

• Perks: Unbeatable Zone A location right by Tottenham Court Road / Warren Street stations. Full access to all Ramsay Hall shared common rooms, study areas, music room, and computer clusters next door, including Ramsay catering access by buying vouchers. 

• Who is eligible? You must be a registered, full-time UCL Undergraduate student who does NOT currently live in UCL accommodation. Perfect if you are currently commuting or unhappy with a private rental and want to live right next to campus!
