I’m looking for someone to take over my room in Schafer House for about a month. It’s a really nice, chill flat with 4 other friendly people (everyone keeps things clean). 

A single room; Shared kitchen + 2 bathrooms; Self-catered with pretty new appliances; Just a few minutes from Regent’s Park, Great Portland St & Euston Square stations, plus Sainsbury’s, M&S, Tesco all super close.

Dates:
24 May – 20 June
(can’t start earlier, but could shift the move-in closer to 31 May if needed)

Price:
Officially £255.15/week, but I’m very open to lowering it :)

UCL requires that tenancy can only be transferred to another UCL undergrad who isn’t already in UCL accommodation at that time.
