Looking for a person to takeover my tenancy agreement for a 1 bed Studio Apartment in Kings Cross - starting around June. 

This has been my favorite place of residence so far!

• 15-minute walk to UCL Bloomsbury (1-minute walk to Scala lol)
• 8-minute walk to the Kings Cross tube station
• Surrounded by numerous grocery shops and your favorite coffee places.

Would extend my stay if we weren't moving in with my brother next year!
