Summer Sublet, King's Cross

Hi! I am subletting my double room in Somers Town from 15/06/2026- 07/08/2026. The room is located in a 4 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 WC maisonette, that also has a living room and large garden. The current flatmates are all female architecture students from the ages of 20-22.

The property is a 3 minute walk from King's Cross station, and a 10 minute walk from Euston station. There are many bus routes also available nearby, including the 73, 91, 214 and 390. 

With the bills, gas and water are included in the rent. Wifi and electricity work out around £20 per month. The kitchen has a dryer, as well as a washing machine. 

Additionally, because I will no longer be a student after May, there will be council tax charged, under Camden Council. (Camden Council Tax Band E) 

The area is super quiet, safe and convenient. My room comes with an inbuilt large storage cupboard, as well as a double bed and desk. There is a wooden shelving frame in the corner as well as a CD stand; these are both mine but upon request I can leave the wooden unit in the room for the subletting tenancy if wanted!
