Summer Sublet!

Hi! I am looking to sublet my large double bed room over the summer period (starting June/July and ending August negotiable). The house is a 4 bedroom, 2 story house, with a large open kitchen and living room, garden, downstairs bathroom and recently refurbished upstairs bathroom! My room is garden facing, and comes with a large 8 drawer cabinet, a wardrobe, a desk and chair as well as a wall mirror and plug in radiator! My current flatmates are all female UCL students. The bills are around £45 a month (water, electricity and WIFI), but I am willing to also negotiate on these. The house is located 5 minutes from Caledonian Road Underground Station, and is approximately a 20 minute bus journey (via the 91, 253, 390 or 29), a 15 minute train journey (via the Piccadilly then change onto the Victoria/ Northern from King's Cross), or a 40 minute walk through King's Cross!
