Hi! My name is Chloe and I am looking for a UCL graduate student to replace me in my flat at Urbanest Kings Cross! (325 per week, ensuite room with a double bed, bills included) Available from April 1st - Sept 12 (dates negotiable)

My roommates are very nice and responsible at keeping the flat clean. The room is furnished and has a private bathroom.

I am moving abroad so my kitchen supplies (plates, utensils, pots, pans) will be available to keep as well as bedding or decorations if you want them! The first month of rent will be FREE and paid by me if you take the room!

The building has free wifi, a laundry room, a common room, and a 24h receptionist as well as a mailroom. My building is walking distance from UCL Bloomsbury, the tube, and several bus stops . There are also tons of fun bars and restaurants down the street.
