Spare room in flat at Tufnell park, 20 min bus from campus!

Hi, we have a spare room in a flat for next year that one of us lived in this year following the graduation of previous roommates. It's a three person flat, we are only looking for one more person, one of us is going to be a 3rd year Comp Lit student, the other is a fourth year Astrophysics student. We are both guys. 

Flat Location/Transport

• We are 2 mins away from a bus stop with two routes that go to Euston and TCR, there is a bus almost every 5 minutes, the ride is only about 15-20 mins depending on traffic 
• We are in between the Tufnell Park and Caledonian Road Tube stops, each is about a 10 min walk away
• There are plenty of grocery shops nearby, Holloway Road is a 10 min walk away so no worry about amenities 

The Flat

• Three bedroom former council housing, very spacious rooms for student housing (the photo attached is of the smallest one).
• Shared kitchen, pretty big, comes with fridge, table etc (However notably no dishwasher, if that's a dealbreaker)
• One bathroom in good condition, shared between the three rooms

Us

• Neither of us are smokers, both do drink in moderation at social events. 
• Last year for both of us, so the flat won't be too raucous 
• Both of us are big boardgames fans!
