🏠 Rent: ~217 per week

The flat:

  • 3 bedrooms, separate toilet and bathroom (so you don’t have to wait to go toilet whilst someone is showering and vice versa lol)
  • Ask for pics and locationn , the in-person viewing went quite well asw


Pros of the place:

  • 30-35min walk from Main campus (I’ve trialled the walk btw) so u can save money on tube 😎
  • If you cba to walk there’s a bus route 1-2min from the place which goes to campus 😍
  • Has nearby shops in under a 5 minute walk including a Sainsburys 😌
  • There’s a communal garden space 🙈
  • Affordable price ! 😝

Previous ucl students have stayed here with no problems reported ☺️
