Hello, I am a recent MA History of Arts graduate seeking a flatmate in our Shoreditch two-bed flat. I am Japanese and grew up in New York, and have been living in London for five years. I am looking for a very clean and neat girl to live together from the beginning of January 2026 to December 2026.

- This is a long-term lease, so no short-term sublets - 1 YEAR lease
- The move-in date, preferably, would be the beginning of January. The lease will start on the 1st of January.
- Two-bedroom flat and one shared bathroom
- £1050 a month + deposit
- Bills (per person)
- Electricity: Approximately £50/100 per month, depending on season (winter is closer to 100)
- Water: currently £12 per month, as we are on a discounted tariff, but this may change
- Wifi: £28 per month
- Council Tax: Hackney Council Band C
- Second floor with no stairs
- The bedroom faces the main road, and the living room faces the courtyard
- It is very quiet during the weekdays and can be loud on weekends (this is more during the summer, and winter is very chill)
Requirements:
- Girls only
- Have a UK guarantor or make over 31,500. Alternatively, pay 6 months in advance
- No BA students - only graduates or MA/PHD students
