Room Takeover - Max Rayne House - UCL Postgrad Only

Hi, I'm looking for a UCL postgraduate student to take over my room at Max Rayne House in Camden.

Room:

• 5th floor, good natural light
• Single bed, desk and chair, wardrobe, mirror, sink, small sofa and coffee table
• Bathroom and toilet shared on the same floor
• Kitchen shared with flatmates (they're friendly!)

Rent & contract:

• £150 per week, bills included
• Contract ends 12 September 2026 (Saturday)
• Earliest move-in: 11 July 2026

Location:

• UCL main campus: ~25 mins by bus, ~40 mins walk
• Nearby: Sainsbury's and M&S Food

The takeover goes through UCL's official contract transfer process.
