British family moved overseas so we're renting our family home to three nice people! Our home is fully furnished—you'll just need to bring bedding and towels. While it's a 5-bedroom house (4 double rooms and 1 single), we've stored our personal belongings in 2 rooms, leaving you with 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, the garden, and all living spaces.

It's an ideal base to explore the city while finding your permanent home if you're relocating to London, or a lovely place to call home if London is where you're already at.

•⁠  â This room is in excellent condition with two windows, two double wardrobes, another small fitted wardrobe and desk/chair. It features the original fireplace - classic British '30's style. Super King size bed with drawers and Wifi booster, wooden flooring.

•⁠  â Classic London terraced house built in the 1930s. There's a small front garden with free (unreserved) street parking and a private garden/patio at the rear. The house spans three floors, with bathrooms on both the ground and first floors.

•⁠  â Two Bathrooms: The ground floor features a family bathroom with toilet, bath/shower, and sink. The first floor has a shower room with shower, toilet, and sink. A separate utility area next to the kitchen houses the boiler and washer-dryer.

•⁠  â Kitchen: With double doors leading to the back garden. Features a gas stove, electric oven, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. Includes a breakfast bar with two chairs.

•⁠  â Living/Dining Spaces: The open-plan area features three distinct sections—a welcoming front room with a large sofa, TV, and shelving; a dining area with table and chairs; and a utility area with storage and double doors leading to the back garden.

What’s the area like?

•⁠  â Streatham / Norbury is in zone 3, part of central London while having large open parks and spaces close by.

•⁠  â đŸ˜ď¸ Our road is family centric - all the immediate neighbours have children and own their homes. We have a community CCTV on the front of our homes and look out for each other, accepting Amazon packages and deliveries. There's a camera doorbell and cameras on the front and back of the house you can use via an app.

•⁠  â đŸŒł Streatham Common and Norbury Park 5-10 min walk.

•⁠  â đŸš… Direct trains to London Bridge (32 mins) London Victoria (22 mins) London Kings Cross (30 mins) from nearby stations: Norbury, Streatham Common and Streatham.
