My name is Leila and I am a first year (going into second year) undergraduate student at UCL, studying History and Politics.
I have a spare double bedroom available to move into by the 30th May, at £1000 a month not including bills. The space is shared just with myself.
The flat is a 5 minute walk from Marylebone Station, a 7 minute walk from Edgware Road Station, and is also a comfortable walking distance from the main UCL campus.
Nearby shops include the local market, Sainsbury’s, two Tesco Express’, and an Aldi.
Some key amenities of the flat include a balcony (where smoking is permitted), pet-friendly (with the exception of dogs, cats, and rabbits), and has a washing machine and dryer. The bathroom is also split from the shower.
