I'm looking for 3 flatmates to share a flat with me. The flat has 4 bedrooms (1 master bedroom, 1 medium room, 1 small room, 1 living room converted into a bedroom) and 2 bathrooms.
The master bedroom is £1,250 as it is huge and directly connected to a bathroom. The reception room is £1,200 as it is slightly further away from the bathroom. The small room is going to be £1,000. The price includes heating and water bills. Electricity and wifi are estimated to be around ~£40 per person. The tenancy is min. 12month. You would have to pay £600 if you want to end the contract earlier or need to find a person to take over the contract or sublet.
