PhD Student looking for flatmates

Hey! I'll be starting a PhD program in September and am looking for flatmates, happy to move in anytime after July but ideally before September. Would be happy to live with 1-2 people so a 3BHK total. Would love if all of us were starting our PhDs in September so we can just not have to bother with moving for the duration of the PhD!
