Hi! I'm looking for a UCL postgraduate student to take over my contract at Urbanest St Pancras, which is an official UCL student accommodation, and we can transfer the contract through UCL Accommodation officially!

As a specially designed room, the bathroom is 2–3 times larger than a standard ensuite – big enough to fit 4–5 large suitcases
Excellent soundproofing, even with nearby construction – the windows block out noise very well
A canal runs just outside the building, offering a lively and pleasant environment with frequent joggers 🏃🏻♂️
Quiet and respectful flatmates – one boy and girl from China mainland🇨🇳, a boy from HK🇭🇰, also with two friendly girls from the US 🇺🇸 and Malaysia 🇲🇾
