I am looking for a student to take over my room in a 4-person flat anywhere between June and August 2026. This is suitable whether you’re doing a summer internship or simply need housing for part or all of the summer. The room is located at 5 Earlsferry Way, Caledonian Road, N1 0DY. You can stay for any number of weeks within June, July, and August.
Rent is £234.52 per week, excluding bills. Bills usually come to around £6–8 per week, and will be even lower in summer. I am open to negotiating depending on your dates and circumstances, so feel free to message me.
The room is a furnished double bedroom with a large desk and chair, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and bookcases. Approximate size is 15 ft by 10 ft. The flat has 900 Mbps fibre broadband.
The property includes a bathroom with bath, shower, basin, and toilet on the first floor, plus a second toilet with basin on the ground floor. There is a large eat-in kitchen-diner with a dining table, as well as a private sunny garden.
The location is excellent: Around a 30-minute walk to main campus, a 1-minute walk to Caledonian Road for shops and major bus routes to King’s Cross, Islington, the City, and the West End.
You will be living with three male second-year UCL undergraduates. I’m good friends with all 3 and they’re all friendly and easy to get along with. The room is single occupancy only.
