The flat is gorgeous, but I have had some issues with my student status and now am located at a different university. To limit my own transport fees I am looking to move out ASAP. £250pw (just over £1000pcm) plus around £70pcm for bills (about 250 split 4 ways). Internet speeds of over 1100mbps.

Dishwasher and washing machine/dryer combo. Loads of cupboard room and large living area with balcony!!! Balcony is huge and has planters and views of the overground railway line + Regent's Canal.
<10 minute walk from Camden Market, and 25 minute walk from UCL Main Campus. Located near Camden Road Overground station so super good connections to UCL East Campus also! Loads of food shops and clothing shops nearby, as well as parks and the canal ofc.
Room comes with a desk with a built in drawer, a 4-drawer chest of drawers and a wardrobe with clothes rail and 2 drawers. Basin and mirror in room also!! So great for doing makeup/skincare routines and not hogging the main bathroom ahaha. Double (closer to queen) sized bed, and a built in wardrobe with clothes rail opposite door.
