Lease takeover for a fully furnished room in a cute, bright 2-bed flat in Battersea, London (SW11)
Looking for a neat, respectful person to take over a room lease for a beautiful and cozy 2-bedroom flat in Battersea. Subletting is not an option, so you must have the right to rent in the UK. *We're looking for a long term tenant, ideally someone who's interested in staying until at least September 2026 (when the lease ends). We're also working with an agency, which requires either a UK guarantor (must be a relative) or a monthly salary of £3000.
Rent for the room is £875 pcm, and the total bills each month come to around £100 per person depending on usage (wifi, electricity, water, council tax). Fully furnished with a double bed and plenty of storage. The room has wall-to-wall windows with gorgeous views and tons of natural light. The living room and kitchen is also beautiful, with a TV, microwave, dishwasher, and combo washer/dryer.
The flat is within a short walk to Battersea Park and ~10min walk to Battersea Power Station (Northern Line). It takes a total of 35-40min door-to-door to UCL Main Campus. It’s also a 3-5min walk to two rail stations (Battersea Park and Queenstown Road). In terms of outside amenities, Tesco and Sainsbury’s are a 5min walk away, The Gym Group Battersea location is less than 10min away, and you’ll be surrounded by great cafes, pubs, bakeries, and restaurants.
You’d be living with a very nice and quiet Irish/Spanish flatmate (28M), who’s currently working towards his PT certification. LGBTQ+ friendly please!
