Looking for second year tenancy

i’m looking for 2-3 people to live with for my second year studying psychology from september, don’t really mind who as long as you’re sound and clean.

looking ideally for somewhere in north london but not gonna be too fussy if somewhere else comes up. would love a garden but realistically depends what we can find. my budget’s around £1k a month including bills. 

i’m into football, music and gaming if that’s your thing. pretty social, down to have people round but also not trying to go out every night. i’m not a smoker but it’s not make or break if you are.
