I am a 23M undergraduate STEM student looking for one flatmate for an apartment in South Kensington for the next year or two years. The apartment is 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, within walking distance of South Kensington tube station and half an hour away from the main UCL campus. Applicants 21 or older with a reasonable level of tidiness are preferred, though any gender is fine. The price is £300 per week with an additional £50 per month for bills.
