Looking for flatmates for 2026/27

Hi everyone!

I'm a second-year student studying education at IOE (technically, I am taking a year out from the course). Although I still have another year to go, most of my friends are graduating this year, which is why I’m now looking for accommodation and flatmates for the next academic year! 

Some preferences:

• within 30 minutes of commuting time (preferably walking distance)
• Budget: around £300 per week
• Open to living with any gender.
• Looking for a peaceful and calm, but still friendly and lively flat atmosphere

A little about me:

• male
• International student from Japan
• 22 years old (I did a foundation year and a year out, so I'm quite old) 
• Clean, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces
• Enjoy travelling, hiking, sports, photography, videography, and meeting new people
• Usually quiet at home, but also happy to socialise anytime

I’m fairly flexible overall, so I’m happy to discuss different options! I’m also available to join an existing flat if you are looking for someone to replace your friend who is moving out next year.
