290 a week with bills included
Found a 3 bed stunning property in Marylebone, my flatmates unfortunately split due to differences in budget so I am looking for 2 female flatmates. It is around a 35 min walk from main campus and is close to reagents park and oxford street so there is plenty nearby to do.
There are two bathrooms (one ensuite which I would take and be paying extra for ofc x), a fully furbished kitchen and 3 bedrooms. There is plenty of natural light.
All bills are included and it is a 52 week contract but can sublet for 2-3 months.
