looking for a 2-3 person group to live with

Hey, I’m a second year undergraduate student looking for a group of 2-3 people that has a spare room in a flat or is looking to get a flat near campus. I’m a guy but I don’t really care about what the group is like as long as the place is within ~20 mins walk to uni (I don’t want to be homeless). Would be cool to be friends, but if you’d prefer a more ‘just living in the same place’ atmosphere that’s completely fine by me. Will be in the library most of the time, so the room isn’t a massive issue, tho it would also be cool if there were more than one toilet, but again homelessness is more of a concern to me. I will probably not be there after exams end so I’d prefer a 9 month rent but I’m down for 12 if that’s what’s available (do not mind if you rent it out to someone else after I leave or anything like that). Would consider myself to be a very clean person and I do like cooking so a nice kitchen would be a plus.
