I am a 19 year old male undergraduate student at UCL looking for a student going to university in London to live in a flat owned by me.
The recently renovated flat comes with a modern interior and brand new kitchen with skylights. It has two en-suit bedrooms. A living room, and a brand new balcony.
Located at the end of the street means that it is far from the main road and is nice and quiet.
ALL rooms are already fully furnished: double beds with mattresses, desks, lights, drawers, cutlery, utensils, etc
Flat only 3 minute walk away from the tube station. And 5 minutes from England's biggest shopping mall, Westfield. And only a 12 minute tube ride to get to UCL.
COST for Flatmate reduced to only 300 PW, down from 400. Flatmates will start with 1 school year and more depending on how good we get along
Preferably English-speaking flatmate.
Parking: Will have to ask.
Interview/ questions and maybe a call will be done before the flatmate can be brought in.
Not a harsh owner, however, there are some requirements that i ask which i will discuss with flatmate applicants.
