I am no longer able to move into this studio and need someone to replace me as a tenant from September 12th to July 23rd ASAP.
The studio is in a student building called fusion north London.
I have already paid the first advanced rent payment of £250 and I am offering a discount for a replacement tenant of another £110 so the first week of rent would be free!
you can arrange a viewing through the fusion website for a 'classic studio' and then respond to me if interested which would really help me get out of my contract and save you some rent so it works better for both of us not to sign out a new room at the same building, even if they encourage you too at the viewing just to make more money!
It is opposite Brent Cross railway station and takes 15 minutes to get to kings cross so it is ideal for students!
The studio has a kitchenette, double bed, toilet, sink and shower all included
