Female flatmates for Fitzrovia flat from Sept 2025

I recently found a beautiful 4 bed flat in Fitzrovia however my original set of flatmates can no longer afford it but I’m still hoping to rent this. This means I’m looking for 3 flatmates preferably female to move in with me. This flat consists of two floors (ground floor and basement) and there is a large garden overlooking the BT tower. 

Rent is just over 300 pp per week. And bills should be around £30 per person per month.

Everything is well furnished and newly renovated - the kitchen has a washing machine (no dryer) and a dish washer too. 

There is one bathroom and one toilet room.

I need someone to sign contract with me asap.
