Hi everyone,
I am going into my 3rd year at UCL and looking for a male university student to take over a double bedroom in my flat in Old Street for the upcoming academic year. This is a strictly 1-year replacement from 18 September 2026 to 18 September 2027, as my current flatmate is doing a year abroad and will be returning to the flat after next year.
The Flat & Amenities:
Fully Equipped Kitchen: Includes a dishwasher, washing machine, and separate clothes dryer.
The Room: Good-sized double room with plenty of storage, and a large L-shaped desk
Location & Transport:
Tube: Just an 8-minute walk to Old Street Station, making commutes to UCL and central London incredibly easy.
Buses: A bus stop is located right downstairs outside the building. Using the 205 to take you directly to campus.
Amenities: Multiple grocery stores and restaurants are only a 5-minute walk away, as well as a 24/7 convenience store opposite the building.

I'm a 3rd year at the Bartlett studying architecture. I’m easygoing, clean, and focused on my studies, but always down to grab a drink. I’m looking for someone respectful, clean, and sociable who is also a full-time university student (for council tax exemption purposes).
