2 students looking for a 3-bed flat (or people to join a group already searching)

Hi, we're two male students looking to move into a 3-bedroom flat within the next month. We're open to joining an existing group that needs 2 flatmates for a flatshare, is already searching for a flat, or having someone join us.
A bit about us:

Me: going into 3rd year at LSE, interested in hedge funds, vibe coding, and bouldering.
My flatmate: currently on a placement year working as an AI quant researcher, interested in hearts of iron 4.

We are both clean and tidy, are sociable and enjoy watching football.
