Hi there! I'm a third-year UCL undergrad (M) looking for a male flatmate to share an ensuite 2/3-bed, 2/3-bath apartment in Central London starting from late September onwards (open to earlier if the place is great).

A bit about me:

• Grew up in Dubai, Korean, just returned from the army
• Clean, respectful, and easy-going
• Interests include gym, house music, rap, and Formula 1 - always happy to chat or hang out

What I'm looking for:

• Prefer areas like Marylebone, Hyde Park, Kensington, Euston, but also open to places like Elephant & Castle or other well-connected areas
• Someone who values cleanliness, not a clean freak, but I've heard of horror stories, so I would prefer it to be mutual
• Ideally, the flat would have amenities like a gym and be close to a tube station
• Budget is flexible, but ideally within a reasonable range
