UCL East Society: Treasurer

I’m applying for UCL East Treasurer because I want to turn good ideas into well-run, well-funded events that genuinely improve student life at Stratford. I’ll plan clear, realistic budgets and manage spending carefully so we can deliver consistent activities that connect students at UCL East with opportunities in the surrounding area, without waste or last-minute surprises.

A big focus for me is building routine and community through sport. I’ll coordinate regular football, padel, and tennis sessions and work closely with groups like the UCL Running Society and Project Active to make participation easy, welcoming, and sustainable. However, social events will definitely be hosted, including trivia and pub quizzes with prizes up for grabs. The goal is simple: more students moving, meeting people, and feeling supported, with events that are financially responsible and reliably delivered.
