Hannah Walter

Hi everyone! I'm Hannah and I'm a second year Human Sciences student.

I don't have a traditional 'tech' background and I know how intimidating the community can feel at times, which is why I would love to be your welfare officer next year. I've had some really positive experiences with hackathons and tech mentorships recently and think I would be great at supporting similar opportunities hosted by the Technology society. My experience as this year's Life Science society treasurer means that I know how the student's union works, how to organise and budget for engaging society events, and how to make sure everyone feels safe and included.
