Jethro Wong

Hi all! My name is Jethro, and I'm currently a second-year student studying BSc Cancer Biomedicine. As I am entering into my third year, I'm excited to make the coming year more interactive and enhance our community engagement. As the Secretary of Immunology this year, I hope to keep supporting the president, and contacting more guest speakers to deliver their vast immunology knowledge.

In my academic course, I am constantly learning about the latest advances in immunology and specifically its applications in cancer therapy. I believe I can bring a unique perspective on immunology through this lens, exploring advancements in cancer vaccines and immunotherapy, and am keen to give future Immunology Society members the chance to learn more.

I am excited to collaborate closely with the President and fellow leadership members. My combination of strong work ethic, prior experience, and passion for immunology makes me a strong candidate for the Secretary role.
