Audrey Miu

Hi everyone! I’m Audrey and I’m running for Marketing Director of Fashion Business Society next year :)
I was an Intern at Vogue HK last summer, where I was in charge of organising outreach marketing & press releases for various luxury brands, posting social media content for digital marketing, and publishing articles during Fashion Week or writing about current trends.
I’ve always loved and been deeply interested in the different aspects of fashion, and this summer, I will be working at Van Cleef & Arpels as a PR & Marketing Intern. I’d love to share these experiences with you all and bring these skills into the role of Marketing Director next year!
As Marketing Director, my priority would be to further strengthen our online presence and increase exposure for our society. I would continue working with Events Directors to invite external speakers from related fields to come share their expertise, just as our society has done in the past, and organise more outreach events to encourage participation from UCL students.
I would also strengthen our presence on social media e.g. Instagram by establishing a distinct identity and design to our posts to increase recognisability. Another one of my focuses is to build up our following on TikTok to broaden our reach, and give people a better understanding of our society’s events and operations.
