Treasurer is an essential role in the boat club so my main aim is to get the job done consistently and to a high standard. I want to persistently stay on top of things so everyone can focus on the rowing/training aspect and the boat club can function well.

I have three main aims which include trying to minimise costs of rowing as much as possible to widen accessibility and reduce the financial pressure of the sport, by diversifying income streams and maximising student union funding as much as possible. I also think keeping up to date of all the day to day admin is key, including all the behind the scenes work needed for a smooth running of the club. Finally I want to also set our finances up for the future to ensure long term stability following on from the great work this year done by our current treasurer.  

Overall I hope given this opportunity I can contribute to the club in a positive and long lasting way. Thank you!!
