Marissa Yang

Hello, I am Marissa and I am running to be the activity officer next year. 

I have been a member of BGS for 2 years, and it's my favorite UCL society. I enjoyed spending the best 3 hours of the week at BGS, so I invited a lot of my friends to join as well. I taught other members how to play some of the board games I knew and learned many new ones in BGS. Playing board games with members and committee is enjoyable and this encourages me to join the committee to devote myself into what I loved.

If I am elected, I will organise more innovative and fun events night related to holidays and festivals. I will also reach out to more societies that we haven't collaborate before to plan interesting activities together. Of course I will enlarge the society by intriguing more people to join.
