Summary of proposed changes

We would like to change the title of the position of Tour Secretary to Chairwoman. We'd like to do this because we want this role to also be responsible for ensuring that all elections done in the UCL Women's Hockey Club are run fairly and according to the Union processes. Therefore we would like to add the following clause to the Constitution as 3.4.8.7 "The Chairwoman is responsible for ensuring that election processes are run in a fair and democratic way, and that they abide by Union policies".
